Joyce Cohen Joyce has had a successful and varied acting career. Some members of the audience will remember Joyce as the quiet-loving librarian in Disney’s High School Musical. In The Adventures of Food Boy, Joyce plays the role of Ezra’s (Lucas Grabeel) Grandma and mentor. Grandma lives with Ezra and his Dad, and has become an integral part of their family. Joyce plays a quirky and idiosyncratic Grandma who wants to help Ezra through the challenge of having his “gift.” Over the years, Joyce has appeared in several other movies including the major motion picture Independence Day (starring Will Smith) and several Disney Channel original movies including Pixel Perfect and Read It And Weep. She also had a supporting role in the cult-movie hit SLC Punk!. Her TV credits include guest appearances on Everwood and Touched By An Angel. |
